How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8, or free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15 where available. The final options, charges, and estimated delivery windows appear at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Checkout currently shows estimates of 3–5 business days for Standard and 1–2 business days for Express. These are estimates, and actual delivery times can vary.
Can items arrive in separate packages?
Some products are fulfilled by a supplier or fulfillment partner and may ship separately from other items in the same order. Tracking is provided as each parcel is processed where the platform supports it.
What can I return?
Eligible products can be returned within 30 days after delivery if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and suitable for resale. Opened or used grooming, dental, hygiene, and personal-care products are not eligible. Email us before sending anything back.
How do I choose a size?
Use the measurements and fit instructions on the individual product page. A flat collar, head collar, harness, bed, and vehicle cover each require different measurements. See the Size guide for the general method.
