These Terms of Service govern your use of parkandhound.com and purchases from Park & Hound. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on our site.

1. Our store and seller

Our online store is hosted on Shopify’s ecommerce platform. Park & Hound is the seller for purchases made through this store. Some orders may be fulfilled by a supplier or fulfillment partner, but Park & Hound remains your customer-service contact for orders, returns, and refunds.

2. Eligibility and use of the site

You may use this site and place an order if you are legally able to enter into an agreement where you live. If you are not the age of majority where you live, you may use the site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.

3. General conditions

We may refuse service, restrict an order, or limit quantities where permitted by law, including when necessary to address misuse of the site, suspected fraud, or an issue with product availability.

Any item identified as final sale before purchase is subject to the final-sale exclusion in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if a pricing, listing, or order error affects it. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

9. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact parkandhound@gmail.com before mailing an item so we can provide instructions for your order. Direct exchanges are not offered; customers may return an eligible item and place a new order.
