Park & Hound accepts returns of eligible products within 30 days after delivery.

Email parkandhound@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. Wait for return instructions before mailing the item; returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Condition and exclusions
Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and suitable for resale. Include original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
We cannot accept items that have been used, worn, washed, chewed, damaged after delivery, or are otherwise no longer resalable. Opened or used grooming, dental, hygiene, and personal-care products, gift cards, and products clearly marked final sale before purchase are also ineligible.
There is no restocking fee.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping on ordinary eligible returns. If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect because of Park & Hound, a supplier, or a fulfillment partner, Park & Hound covers the applicable return-shipping cost. Contact us first for instructions.
Exchanges and refunds
We do not offer direct exchanges at launch. Return an eligible item under this policy and place a new order for the item you want.
After an eligible return is received and reviewed, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.
